Dependencies are not found when loaded after plugin construction

When a dependency for a plugin is found at runtime and loaded on demand, VST.NET does not know the plugin's directory anymore - for this has been cleared so not to interfere with subsequent plugin ...

Add sanity-check validation in Interop

Sanity-checks like do not promote a call to ReplaceDouble when the plugin doesn't support it. This would require access and checks on the PluginInfo and perhaps even the cando flags.

Remove need for the separate interop assembly

I'm no expert, but it sounds like "NoPIA" / "Type Embedding" in .NET 4 would allow getting rid of the separate interop assembly. If true, please consider using .NET 4 as soon as possible to do this...
